In a city where only 7% of the population is Black, we created something that wasn't supposed to exist — a thriving African diaspora community in the Pacific Northwest. Lines around the block. Sold-out rooms. A sound that refuses to be ignored.
Our Mission
To amplify the sounds of the motherland, create safe spaces for the African diaspora, and prove that African music doesn't need a major market to build a movement — it just needs a dance floor and the right people.

Global Bounce Presents is the Pacific Northwest's leading Afrocentric music entertainment company, producing 50+ events per year across Seattle and Portland. Founded by Ghanaian-born DJ and cultural entrepreneur Solomon Nutakor (DJ Nayiram), the company operates four distinct brands — The Afrobeats Party, Amapiano Is Here, Global Bounce Radio and When We Dance — reaching a community of 15,000+ engaged fans at iconic venues including The Crocodile, Monkey Loft, Neumos, and The Showbox.
The company's credibility is built on world-class curation. Nayiram has shared stages with Davido, Wizkid, Asake, Ayra Starr, Tiwa Savage, Musa Keys, Major League DJz, Omah Lay, Fireboy DML, Soulection, and hosts BlastFest at the Seattle Center. He has performed at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, and been featured on Worldwide FM, Rinse FM, OkayAfrica, and The Seattle Times.
